Emma Alice Horton married William Dill on June 16, 1873. Alice and William Dill are listed among the plaintiffs in the property settlement. Other plaintiffs were A. H. Cameron whose guardian was Frank Cockrell; James H. Horton, Robert A. Horton, John Horton, Laura L. Horton, Martha E. Horton. The minors were represented by W. M. Edwards.
